1. Acceptance of terms

4. Third-party app store terms

When you download our games from a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), the terms of service of that platform also apply. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the platform's terms regarding distribution, payment, or refunds, the platform's terms shall govern those specific matters.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZhiLiao Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence under Articles 17-21 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013.

We may revise these terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our games or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Severability
